What was the inspiration behind the name WestCliff Properties?
The name ‘WestCliff’ was established due to the company being located in Western Canada and to honour the late Clifford Wright, James’ Grandfather and former Mayor of Saskatoon. The icon was designed to feature the shape of Saskatchewan in a modern rendering with the WestCliff ‘W’ intertwined.

What was the inspiration behind the name 639 Main?
While 639 Main Street is the address of the building, our thought behind keeping that as the building’s identity stemmed from the idea that “639” is the new area code for Saskatchewan. At 639 Main, we are reimagining a whole new way of rental apartment living. We are pushing the boundaries of what is considered the norm, bringing the amenities of house living into rental apartment living.
When will 639 Main be ready for lease?
