Our Collection

WestCliff Properties has experience in the investment and development over a range of asset classes. Our most popular asset class is mixed-use or multi-family and we have highlighted our latest and upcoming projects here.

  • 639 Main is a 14 story purpose built mixed-use building with 6,000 square feet of main floor commercial space and 106 residential units. The building is located in the desirable neighbourhood of Nutana Saskatoon, SK. The doors opened June 2023 and the building has remained fully occupied since.

  • The Hadley, located at 620 Webster Street in Saskatoon, SK is our latest project. This multi-family development will include 162 residential units, heated parking, a fitness centre, movie theatre, games room and co-working spaces along with an outdoor courtyard equipped with BBQ’s, fire tables, games and a community garden.

  • One of our latest acquisitions is located at 906 Broadway, more famously known as the old Extra Foods on Broadway. We are working hard on the plans for this site which will include a mixed-use concept of commercial and residential uses.

  • WestCliff Properties recently purchased the parcels located between 512 - 520 Broadway Avenue, in Saskatoon SK. The future plans for this site will include a mixed-use concept of both commercial space and residential rental apartments.
